Many newer vehicles have little to no exposed areas under the front bumper to attach bow straps when transporting canoes or kayaks. Use the quick hood loops instead by simply closing your hood on the rubber end and attaching your bow line to the webbing loop. These can also be used in the trunk for stern lines.
